From pictures and description of this disease, I suspect they've always plagued my cucumber plants. What is the best fungicide can I use against it?

Will it be harmfull to them? I'm not concern whether they'll eat it or not. I know that animals, goat inclusive, will hardly eat something they are not used to - except it is extremely palatable. But if you starve them and mix the foreign feed into a very palatable feed they'll eat it and soon get use to the foreign feed. The same thing can happen with cucumber leaves. So my major concern is whether cucumber leaves will pose any danger to goats. Any help?
