I am new...and interested in beef processing

I am new here and I think this forum is fabulous! I would appreciate information on the set up of a small scale abattoir...and beef processing. Any ideas, information or materials? Please help out!!

Welcm safecut. In farming, money is in the processing so u hav a nice idea. But I don't know much about that area. For beef processing, do u mean sth like producing minced meat for meat pie?
