Can cockerels be raised together without too much fighting?

Yes, so far as you raise them together from birth. Their may be some fighting, but not much. If it is much you'll have to separate the bullies.

Yes, so long as they have enough space and there are no hens there.

I thank God they can be reared together, otherwise cost of individual cages will be too much.
