Safe Insecticides and fungicides to use during harvest

I have been searching for safe insecticides and fungicides one can use during harvest time of vegetables. I don't want them to contaminate the produce due to their bad health effect. Pls anyone that knows should list them here.

Safe insecticides that break down rapidly under the sun includes emamectin benzoate and abamectin. For fungicide, neem oil and copper-base sprays comes to mind. There are others I don't know yet oo.
