Pros and Cons of Dehorning Goats

What do you think are the advantages of dehorning goats? Do you think it is cruel?
Also, will dehorning affect market value?

Dehorning may affect the market value if u are selling life goats. On the other hand, dehorning will allow u to use a feeder design that does not waste feed. These feeders have vertical bars that will only allow the goat's head through. They cannot soil the feed. With horns, the goat can hook its horns on the bar and get stuck. Other goats will attack it and may kill it.
