Quail: Are quail Eggs really medicinal?

I’ve heard and read about so many claims of 100s of diseases quail eggs can cure, but are all these really true or just snake oil?

I suspect that @Ikowa, because I've seen informal websites that state a lot of illness you can cure with the egg. I find that hard to believe.

It's no longer popular in my area. U can hardly see people who will buy off the quails when they're done laying.
