Pls I just want to know this in case I start tomorrow. After an antibiotic treatment, how long should it take before giving probiotics?

I think you can give probiotics at the same time with antibiotics. It helps to replace the good bacteria killed by the antibiotics.

You can make your own lactobacillus probiotics. There is a more powerful onevcalled S. boulardii. It is sold as Floranom in pharmaceutical shops.

And to correct sth, it is best to give probiotics at the end of antibiotic treatment and not at the same time with treatment. It is like wasting it because the antibiotic may kill the probiotics.
