Are Human Biscuits Good for Dogs?
#1
I need a cheap treat I can use for training my dog and that’s biscuits. But I’m wondering if they will be safe for dogs. I have one that contains the following:
Flour, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, milk, butter, glucose, lecithin, leavening agents (sodium bicarbonate and ammonium bicarbonate), chocolate powder, chocolate flavor.

Some of the components are good and some are bad. Lecithin is good for dogs and it helps to improve their memory during training. But the quantity found in your buscuit won't be enough though. You can find it in soybeans, egg yolk, cabbage, fish eggs, meat, animal brain, liver and kidney. It can also be bought as pills
..
Sodium bicarbonate can be used to treat some ailments in dogs, but it's not good in large amounts. Chocolate is poisonous to dogs. In my opinion, I'll say you find a buscuit that doesn't contain chocolate and if you'll use it, don't give large amount.

I agree with Henlus. Small quantity will not pose a problem to a healthy dog.

What about using cabin biscuit? It doesn't have chocolate at all.
