Chickens: White vs Brown Eggs

No. Egg colour is determined by the breed of the hen that lays it. Eg, white leghorns breeds lay white eggs while brown egg layers lay brown eggs. If you maintain both breeds on the same diet, the quality of their eggs would be the same. What determines egg nutritional quality is the feed.
