One of the most beautiful parts of the story is that Susanna cried out to God when everyone else had abandoned her. Humanly speaking, there was no hope left. Yet God raised Daniel at exactly the right time. Sometimes help comes from unexpected places.
I also admire Daniel's courage. Challenging two senior judges could have ruined his own life if he had been wrong. Yet he was willing to stand for justice because he believed the case deserved another hearing. Society needs more people who are willing to question obvious inconsistencies.
