I'm developing real interest in biogas production. Which feedstock will give the most biogas yield? I need something I can get in the tropics.

Anything that contains fat or oil will give high biogas yield. Eg palm oil waste, used frying oils etc. But the main thing that matters is availability. Use what is available.
