Do you own a Land or Landed Property in Nigeria?
Pls check all your Land documents to know if you have any of these documents below
If you don't have any one among them

You are not the owner of that your Land abi na house and someone with any of these documents can constest that land with you and you will eventually loose it or even the person that sold the Land to you can come back tomorrow to claim it
Transfer of Land ownership is totally different from paying for a land and having receipt or some sort of documents confirming you paid for the Land
If you don't have any of the documents below
What you will get is refund of your payment and damages, but you will loose that Land
These are the valid Title Documents known for Transfer of ownership under Nigerian Law
1. Certificate of Occupancy
2. Right of Occupancy
3. Governor's Consent
4. Deed of Assignment
5. Deed of Conveyance
6. Deed of Gift
7. Deed of Transfer
8. Letter of Administration
9. Assent
10. Court Judgement confirming you as the owner of a particular land
11. Gazzete
