And note. Use only vines that are free from pesticide residues. If the farmer have sprayed pesticide, you should wait for 3- 4 weeks for the pesticide to decay before harvesting.

Check the label and you'll see the amount you'll apply per hactare or so. The lady probably didn't read or understood the label. This is a common problem for most farmers.

I don’t think no till is all that good because they make use of more herbicides to kill weeds. While in conventional farming method, weeds are controlled through plowing. The plough buries the weed.

It won’t be effective if the soil have been previously compacted by heavy machines. Also, root crops like carrots, onions, cassava, yam etc will not thrive.

I’d used a bug zapper to kill the insects so they're less likely to escape. That’s really cheap protein. It will also help to eliminate biting insects like mosquitoes.
