Cassava price has crashed. Farmers who are harvesting now are in huge loss. Guess what?
Cassava starch is still high
Cassava ethanol is still high
Cassava flour is still high
Cassava garri relatively high
All cassava byproducts are high in prices.
What’s does this mean? Invest in value addition if you want to make big money in agriculture.
Africa is missing out on value addition. We have been programmed into exporting raw materials.
As a new generation farmer, think value addition more.
The Chinese are happy cashing out on our cassava. But that business.
The person with more information and access to funds makes more money.
Instead investing in building empty apartments, Invest in cassava starch production business.
The money is block.
Think value addition…
