Mixing of pesticides, fungicide and liquid fertilizer in pepper - Emmanuel - 07-08-2020 Is it advisable to mix ,fungicides and liquid fertilizer in the same tank? Won't the fertilizer reduce the effectiveness of both contact and systemic fungicide that are to be mixed together? Also what is the advisable mixing ratio of the fungicides(both contact and systemic)? RE: Mixing of pesticides, fungicide and liquid fertilizer in pepper - FarmTech - 07-08-2020 It is advisable to mix fungicides, insecticides and liquid fertilizer in the same tank to save time. In most cases, it won't reduce effectiveness. I have always used a combo of mancozeb, hexaconazole, Haifa foliar fertilizer and insecticides like fipronil, imidacloprid etc. So long as they do not react and form solid residues in the tank, they are compatible. But always read the manufactirer's instruction on compatibility. The instruction also contains the dosage info. |
