Food that are high in sugar or starch like carrot, corn, cassava, Chicken feed etc can cause serious stomach problem if fed in large quantity. Rabbits need feed that is high in fiber. High fiber feed is grass and hay.

What about Growers feed for broilers chicken, will it cause any harm for them and if yes what feed apart from chicken feed can be given to them if not locally made. That is produced in Nigeria

Grower feed and chicken feed in general are usually high in fermentable carbohydrate, which is bad for rabbits in large amount. So I'll say you have to give them a little, but I don't know how little.
