can a broiler chicken lay eggs, if so, are the eggs fertilized and the offsprings thereof, can they be normal broilers as well.

They'll lay if you allow them to reach 5-6 months. But you have to manage their nutrient intake to avoid excuaessive growth. Eggs will be fertilized if a cock is present. They can't be normal broilers in terms of performance because their parents has better qualities than them.
