I just want to share my son's homework the other day. Their teacher asked them what they want to be when they grow old. He drew a farmer because he wanted to be one. When I asked him, he said it's because he loves plants and he wants to take care of them. He also wanted to help people by giving them food using the plants he grew. I just found it really cute. If you have any related stories, please feel free to share!
It is a nice idea. You need to encourage him.
We are! He'd sometimes talk to us about it and it's just really cute. He's still young so maybe his choice might change, but we've been buying and checking books about plants and such (age appropriate, of course).

That's nice. If you have space you can start a small garden - even if it is plants in containers. As a child, I was exposed to animal and crop farming and today I'm a farmer because of that. I was a dull student in primary school but on getting to secondary school, agricultural science attracted my attention and from there I became one of the best. Childhood experiences have strong influence on people. That is why child training should be done right from the start.
