So, is it only concentrate and maize i need to mix for the broilers or do i need to add rice offal or soya?

I just bought jumbo size catfish and currently feeding 3mm coppens . I want to know if there's anything I can do to make them grow faster, cost the other time I end up at great lost that at 5 Mnths non was able to reached a kg . Pls help! Tnx
